Non Egress Galvanized Steel Wells

Non egress window wells, constructed from durable 18-gauge galvanized steel, come with a 30-year guarantee. The dimensions provided are internal, and each well features rounded corners with a 9-inch radius. It’s important to note that wells might experience distortion during shipping, but they can easily be reshaped during the installation process.

For optimal outcomes, we recommend acquiring window wells that extend 8-12 inches below the lower window sill and protrude 3-4 inches above ground level. This approach serves as a best practice to minimize the risk of water infiltration. Refer to the accompanying diagram for visual guidance.

Sloped Clear Polycarbonate Cover

Our most popular style. Supports up to 400 pounds and comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Gently sloped 2 inches in the back to aid in water run-off. Made out of Crystal-Clear UV-treated Polycarbonate (250 times stronger than glass!) and Rust-Free Aluminum. The number of aluminum supports may vary depending on size.

Flat Clear Polycarbonate Cover

Same as the Sloped cover but without the slope in the back. Supports up to 400 pounds and comes with a Lifetime Warranty. The number of aluminum supports may vary depending on size.
