Lifetime Warranty Policy Details
Our range of Sloped, Flat, and Bubble-style window well covers are provided with a lifetime guarantee for the original buyer. The guarantee cannot be transferred without the approval of WindowWellCovers.com.
The guarantee includes:
- Damaged aluminum components
- Cracks or separations in the Polycarbonate cover
- Damaged clips used for attaching the cover to the well
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from acts of God (any unforeseen or uncontrollable event, including weather), misuse, modification, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or abuse.
We will provide a replacement for a faulty window well cover at no cost (excluding shipping charges). Proof of purchase is mandatory and replacement is the only solution offered to the buyer under this guarantee. WindowWellCovers.com will not be held responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages, losses, or costs. Photographs of the damaged cover will be needed.
